Here's how to complete you Freebie/Free Sample request form:
  1. Move your mouse over the first field box in the form and click.
  2. Enter in the information that's requested (Your name, etc..)
  3. Use the TAB key to move to the next field, or simply click in each box. 
  4. An asterisk (*) next to a box will usually mean that the information is required.
  5. Continue until you have filled out all of the required fields. 
  6. There will be  a button (usually gray and at the end of the form) that will say "Submit" or something to that affect. Move your mouse over that button and click once.
  7. Note: Some forms take a few seconds to a minute or more to process, so be patient and do not click a second time.
